In Lao Cai province, Beta Group launched the program "School Renovation and Gifts for Disadvantaged Children in Remote Areas".
Current situation: During the survey of cases facing difficulties here, the Beta Group's Charity Team learned about Lao Chai Kindergarten in San II Village, a school currently attended by 126 young children aged 2 to 5 from Mong ethnic minority families. The school was built a long time ago, located in a mountainous area and often exposed to storms, and the facilities have deteriorated, so it is in dire need of renovation to ensure a learning environment for young children.
On January 19, 2024, the charity program "Warm Clothes for You" launched and organized by Beta Group officially closed in the joy and sharing of many sponsors and benefactors from all over the country. We renovated the school, donated high-end speakers, 50 boxes of milk to supplement nutritious meals for Lao Chai Kindergarten - San II Village, 126 gifts including milk, cakes, candies...and 126 warm coats to the children.
